Shipping & Returns
Each piece is produced to order and handled with care from print to delivery. The following sets out what you can expect, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Shipping
All works are produced in the UK and shipped once production is complete. Shipping times vary depending on the size and finish of the piece — framed works take a little longer to prepare.
Each piece is carefully packaged for safe transit. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
If you have a deadline or specific delivery requirement, get in touch before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate it.
Returns
As each work is produced specifically for you, returns are not offered once an order has been placed.
If you are unsure about a size, format, or whether a piece is right for your space, please get in touch before ordering. I am happy to help you make the right decision.
Damaged or Defective Items
Each piece is produced to order and handled with care from print to delivery. If anything goes wrong, it will be resolved — quickly and without complication.
Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage and your order details. A replacement will be arranged as quickly as possible.
I ask that you keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with the condition of your piece, as it may be needed for any claim.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and I will investigate with the carrier.
Where a delivery is confirmed lost, a replacement will be produced and sent.
Exceptions
Masterprint works, being produced at architectural scale and in direct collaboration with the collector, are handled individually. Shipping, packaging, and installation arrangements for these pieces are agreed as part of the process.
