Refunds and Returns

At SRB Photography, customer satisfaction is my top priority. Each product is crafted with care to ensure you receive a high-quality piece. However, due to the nature of my products, I do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review the policy below for details on damaged items, lost shipments, and exceptional circumstances.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Since my products are custom-made or printed on demand, I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed. Please carefully review all product details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care to ensure that your order is processed correctly and the photo is packaged securely by the printing labs. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, I am happy to replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me at stewart@srb.photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
  3. Include your order number in your message.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged as quickly as possible.

Please note: If you fail to report a damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, I may not be able to process a replacement.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order does not arrive, please take the following steps:

  • If applicable, check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Contact your local postal service or courier to report the issue.
  • Verify your shipping address to ensure there were no input errors at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, building managers, or your courier.

If you find that the package cannot be located, please contact me at stewart@srb.photos with your order number and I will contact the printing lab for further information, however please be aware that this is not a guarantee of reprocessing.

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

While my standard policy does not allow refunds or returns, I understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your case falls outside the scope of this policy, please contact me at stewart@srb.photos, and I will do my best to assist you.
