I’d been tracking the lighting schedule for Southwark Bridge, hoping to catch it when the purple tones really lit up—and when I got there, the scene was perfect. The reflections in the Thames pulled the colour across the whole frame, and that bright blue spotlight cutting through the sky just added that extra layer of drama.

Framing it with the skyline behind—the Cheesegrater, the Walkie-Talkie, the Shard—all glowing in their own way, gave the shot that mix of old and new I love capturing in the city. It’s London doing what it does best: blending history with modern energy, all wrapped up in light.

Important Information

Cropping

Please note that some cropping may occur depending on the size you choose for your photo. This is because different sizes have different aspect ratios, which affect how the photo fits on the paper, canvas or glass. I will try to preserve as much of the original photo as possible, but some edges may be cut off to avoid distortion or blank spaces, or to accomodate the chosen size.

Colour Reproduction

Also, please be aware that colours may vary from what you see on your screen to what you receive in print. This is because different screens have different settings and calibrations, which affect how colours are displayed. Additionally, printing techniques and materials may also cause some slight differences in colour reproduction and saturation. The labs I print with use high-quality printers and papers to ensure that the photo looks as close to the original as possible, but some minor variations are inevitable and normal. If you have any questions or concerns about the colours of your photo, please contact me before you place your order.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds or returns after the sale. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damaged item. I will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. Please note: I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
